Background
Jesper Larsson, founder of Adapture™, has worked as a leader in international companies since 1999 and has been active in everything from small start-ups to larger listed corporations.
Jesper has extensive experience in a variety of leadership positions, including CEO, and executive positions within Sales, Product Management, R&D and After Sales Service. He is a recognized skilled leader, with a consistent focus on transformation and change management to develop stronger operations—always with both the business and people in mind.
Jesper has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Economics, along with additional training in Transformation and AI.
